Looks fairly normal to me, considering it’s the middle of the day and most people are working from home now.

Here’s something fun to play with: the DC traffic cameras, those ones that are on the street corners. They’re snapshots in the moment, not livestreams, but they update probably every 15 seconds to 1 minute depending. You can add surrounding areas, like Maryland and Virginia’s traffic cameras on the same map.
