Which ever party has the majority in the House of representatives can impeach a president every day if they want to. Impeachment is the same as indictment. It does not have anything to do with whether a person is guilty or innocent. That congresswoman needs to read the constitution and the law.

I am sorry that anyone lost their life on January 6 but the “five people lost their lives in the riot” is so false. Two of the people died from unrelated health issues and there is no indication that they went anywhere near the Capitol building that day.
