I have been wondering about that structure.

No one talks about it, but it is right there in plain sight.

Road Runner as I watch live cam only one military guy is stationed at the front door. He's walking from corner to corner under the large portico. I thought they usually had Two military men at the sides of the doors?

That is possibly the cherry picker in the forefront with the light on top.
