If you forward the blue bar under the video to about 13:42 and hit ‘play’ it will show Biden walking out of the room; you can see people with microphones as he’s leaving and then as the camera swivels back towards the podium, you can see photographers getting up out of the floor.
According to the President’s calendar, all of the press conferences with Biden except one have been in the State Dining Room (cream walls, striped curtains, fireplace). I verified that with the White House interactive tour of the room. The one exception was the Made in America EO signing; it was in the South Court Auditorium. It’s the one with the blue background with the Presidential seal and the round ‘The future will be made in America’ graphic.
