Yes, DC isn’t constitutionally enabled to be a state, but if the dems and push it I don’t know how much faith we can put in SCOTUS.
This is true; if they want to make DC a state, they’ll figure out a way.
And they want to. I don’t trust SCOTUS to stop it either.
