Bummer about the snow 😕
We just have tons of rain, some flooding around, hoping with will stop today.
We have been running so much I haven’t really had a good cry yet, and not just Rush but for all that has happened over the past year, and other great people we lost (Rush was one of the biggest, though).
Years ago when Rush had his TV show Hubby and I went to NYC to see his show. Very few people I would travel to NYS to see. Love you , Rush.

Thinking of Rush again this morning. And Texas. And how sad life can be sometimes. Then I think of all of the good people here on the train....still lots for which to be thankful.
We really need the snow to fill up the lakes and to fight fire season so I can’t be upset about it even if it makes getting around hard.
Since retiring I have the luxury of staying home and joying the beauty from my warm home.
What a wonderful memory!
Oh yum! Love omelets stuffed with veggies and cheese.
Haven’t had OJ for a while; if I have it too often, for some reason it gives me heartburn.

Hi lysie....
I emailed my daughter at about 3:30 this morning that I was up with a terrible headache....too much crying about our dear Rush. She just answered and said they flooded the rink last night and it’s nice today, so they’ll probably be skating most of the afternoon. So I am going back to bed (head still hurts) but if I feel better later I’m going out just to sit by the bonfire by the pond and watch the kids skate.
How’s that for way more information than you asked for lol? How was it getting around for your appointment yesterday? Looks like we’re both going to get hit later this morning again. Not as much as Tuesday though.
As sad as this all is ... Rush would not want us to give up....not even for one second.
Ahhhh. Sorry dear Gran! I was thinking of the breakfast and typed in lysie when I meant you lol. Oh boy, I really DO need to get some more sleep.
Good you got lots of snow, Gran. I sure do agree about being retired! I often look out and think back to when I had to go out on the roads....but now don’t have to!
Sis just called from Michigan. About 11.30 last night Ol Joe cancelled his trip to Michigan. Hmmmmm? No coincidences.
