Let’s take this a little further.
What happens if Arizona determines that Trump actually won? They would have to decertify their electors.
This would call into question the entire election, would it not? It seems to me the election would be null & void.
I can’t help but think of what happened to Lance Armstrong after he was found to be a cheater.
Eventually the PA case will be heard by SCOTUS as well.
