They weren’t blank, but it doesn’t matter anyway, what he signed, when, or where it got laid. Treason kills any authorization, perks and advantages once discovered.

I watched closely last night and had a whole story ready to go about this, but I waited. I waited to see if they would put them in the Registry. Finally in the wee hours of the morning the EOs were numbered in the Registry. I saw the EOs go up on wikipedia BEFORE they showed up in the Federal Registry. Think on that. Who really runs wiki?
