If the photo and that video are still offiically up today, then it’s not hackers. It means white hats are in control. Demsheviks are stupid but they can’t be THAT stupid.
I’ll just agree it’s weird. If he’s a past President, then he was President. When? But he’s not President, never been President so how could he be a past President? And even if he is President now, he’s not a past President.
