Just spoke with my 82-year-old father who asked if I had watched the inauguration. I replied, “H3ll no.” He went on to say that biden was conciliatory... and we need that now.
I mentioned election fraud and dementia. He proceeded to name all the MSM networks he watches and asked where I got that info from. I rattled off a few sites, then he wanted to know who runs them.
Heard a *click* on my phone and remarked that was prolly the see I a or ef bee I listening in ‘cause I’m on the “Trumpite” list. Got a chuckle - at least the exchange became a bit lighter!
OMG(osh). Next week, hubby and I are headin’ to VA, to visit my father and then MIL.
Haven’t talked to any of our family yet but I need to make some calls. Pretty sure they need some cheering up.
Odd thing, answered prayer but timing is just weird. Hubby’s business has been in the toilet for 4 months. Yesterday he was awarded bids for 3 jobs. We are thankful for work, but the timing seems off.
