If I had to guess, the top pic (post 2590) wallpaper was leftover from Obama before the Oval Office as redecorated, and the middle and bottom pics are after redecoration.
Jill hasn’t had a chance to put her mark on the OO yet - or had the set designers change the set backdrop, as the case may be.
