I looked at that video of Bitten signing orders and captured a screenshot. While I do not have sophisticated software, I’ve got a basic photo editing package. With this software—cheap as it is, I can pull details out of a plain old cell phone camera shots that are really surprising. I ran the screen shot through every filter available in the software and ran the exposure, saturation, clarity and hue tools through the range. Nothing showed up—looked like a blank page no matter what. You can reach your own conclusions...I think they hadn’t time to get them ready so the signing was merely a photo op. There could be nefariousness I guess.
Recall how Trump would hold up a signed document so everyone could see it. I don’t remember any other president doing that. Isn’t that odd now that we’ve seen this blank page move from Bitten.
