at that point could it have been actionable that he was a ‘declared usurper’? 9 minutes for DJT and the MIL to submit the official declaration?
I still don’t know how to explain the oath being taken 10 minutes before eligible - it makes no sense, seemingly not legit but these things are usually precision and extremely well scripted.
So if President Trump is sworn in as the 19th President in the New Free America we will have two Presidents until DC is leveled.
