I, too, searched to no avail for the article entitled “Lloyd Austin, Biden’s Nominee to lead Pentagon is considering ‘defunding, maybe disbanding’ US Army” by Joe Gould.
I also located an email address for Joe Gould at ArmyTimes/Defense News and sent him a request for a link - and verification of the article. Doubt I’ll receive a reply...
