The pin on that guy setting behind Biden is a five point yellow star with a red symbol in the center with a layered red, white and blue diamond shape background.

That isn't a US Marshal symbol. It's not a Treasury Department symbol. All you said was they change their pins out often it doesn't change what the symbol we see represents.
