On what basis would Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 be warranted? Not a war or "nature of things" (Could not and did not prove fraud)?

Without that, Congress would impeach his behind (Without Jan. 6 events) and the Supreme Court, at least 7 of them guaranteed, would have slapped him down.

Look into the meaning of "nature of things" please, it's the reason why martial law can't be enacted on a whim.
