They’re like that little sh!t in school you just wanted to smack silly but just ignored the best you could, the one who instigated anything then when he got a reaction screamed in terror to the teachers how afraid he was you were going to beat him up. Then Trump would appear and announce he has invoked the Insurrection Act and plans to continue governing under some emergency decree.
Just adding this to the mix as a low probability outcome, can’t see any actual legitimate need for military presence this large otherwise, the Trump support base have made it fairly clear that they didn’t approve in general of the events on Jan 6th and especially not the parts that involved death threats to lawmakers. Those matters should be determined in court, not in a street brawl.
Our “elected” govt is going to lock Americans out of the capital while welcoming all illegals into our country.
The battle should have been fought decades ago in the pulpits. The church elected not to address our national sins.

Where were all of these troops when cities were burning this past summer? Reasonable folks expected some type of response along these lines but saw nothing but the govt give a wide berth to rioters. That is one reason we the people have lost faith in out institutions.
The dc rats will use every tool available to protect themselves while letting American cities burn.
