If they add Puerto Rico and DC as states, it means changing the flag, at least to add two new stars, which means a rollout of a new flag.

Well, you see where I am going with this. They will say, if we have to redo the flag anyway, why not create a new flag that better represents what America is today.

Then the Stars and Stripes will pretty much wind up like The Confederate Flag.
