Alex Jones and Toad's conspiracy theory:
a.) Russia concocts and implements the Q program.
b.) The plan holds that, with Trump's full knowledge and authorization, is working with Military Intelligence and others to defeat the derp state.
c.) Trump, along with his supporters, is taken in by the ruse and sits immobile while the derp state wins.
d.) Trump is taken in with the fake news that HE is running the Q program.
e.) He didn't know that he was running the Q program, but he believed that he was because he believed Q was real, hence his immobilization.
I see just a couple of flaws in that conspiracy theory, goodman.
Look at it again and think REEEEAAAALLLL hard, and get back to me when you figure it out.
