What I meant to convey was the sovereignty of law.
Biden can never be president in agreement with the law, rather he can only be president in disagreement with the law.
The only question is: Will Law be defeated by its arch enemy, Politics?

I'm saying don't let Biden take the oath tomorrow. That will have fulfilled the Constitution and all loyalty of the Executive Branch would change to him. No matter what any of you say they will call him Mister President and stand down. Even the Military would stand down because he becomes the Commander-in-Chief.
