Every time I see that, or hear someone suggesting it, it PISSES ME OFF!
Either fly the flag correctly or not at all.
An upside down ensign is a distress signal. If I see one flown that way, rest assured, EMT’s Fire and Rescue and the police are on the way to help you out of your emergency.

Actually, I got the idea from some veterans I know, who flew theirs upside down after the inauguration of O (spit!) But what do I know? (shrug)
