Any thoughts on whether the Senate will be able to convict POTUS of impeachment charges before 1:00 PM tomorrow? After 1:00 PM, it won’t matter, as it won’t have any legal basis at that point. If done prior to then, then it could make things more complicated, although I can’t imagine the plan could have progressed this far without considering that possibility.

If the election is deemed to be invalid and to be redone by the military under limited scope martial law, aren’t all actions taken by the invalid Congress invalid?
