Windows 10 has a character map app built in. Open it and find the Box Drawings Light Horizontal character and then go down a couple of rows and select the Black Right-Pointing Pointer character.

that’s it. I am a primitive and use Windows 7. I had 10 for a day and freaked so DH got his IT friend to take it off and put 7 back on.
