This is a stunning development. I’m pretty sure dissolving the circuit courts is nowhere close to being constitutional. It’s so outrageous I’ve never even seen the concept discussed. So much for separation of powers. For me I’ve gotten past the thinking that if this fails we are going to have to really fight in the next election. If this fails THETE WILL BE NO NEXT ELECTION. We will have been turned over to the chi-coms.
