That NP can turn a jaundiced eye toward anything she looks at does not mean legal appointments should not be made at any time throughout PDJT's four-year term.

She simply does not have the authority to stop or hinder such an appointment.

It's of course her 11th hour (and 59-minute) impeachment based on a lie that she knew to be a lie, that "is highly irregular and suspect," not to mention unconstitutional in six ways, per Alan Dershowitz.
