He’s rambling. It’s pretty comical. I have my ear pods in at mom’s house...but I can hear him mumbling like mumbles on Dick Tracy. So pathetic. It’s crazy how many people I talk to, liberals and conservatives alike who wave him off as joke. The puppet masters maneuvering their idiot on strings.
