I would be best to arrest him as he taking the oath. That completes his crime of treason but stops him before is fully sworn in.
Makes me think of Trump’s inauguration when the military formed up behind him. They could do the same for Boden except proceed with the arrest. But then after I pondered it for awhile I realized the military form-up occurred after the oath of office. Still. Interesting scenario with some timeline mods.
