My cousin was in the Navy for about 2 years. Went AWOL. On an aircraft carrier. While deployed. He had buddies in another part of the ship and he would sleep in their racks while they was on duty. He got a less than honorable discharge.

I had a great uncle who was in WWII. As a kid, my other relatives referred to him as, "Marshall" in reference to his service during the war. I also thought that was cool, because I thought "Marshall" meant some sort of amilitary rank. Later I found out that "Marshall" was short for "Court Martial."

HAHAHA That sounds about right for cousin Andy now. He must be over 50 now, looks old as the hills, you can barely understand him when he talks. He didn’t never really did growed up. He was adopted.
