Stick with registered voters - we can get better numbers.
2020 Registered voters = 213,799,467 (seems kind of high vs population) according to this place:
https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/number-of-registered-voters-by-state

click on “show sources” to see where they get the data - almost all from the individual state agency.

U.S. population as of today is 332,066,237 per worldmeters
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

158,542,513 votes according to this place:

California skewers everything regarding the popular vote.

Keep in mind that Biden had 7,060,277 more recorded votes than Pres. Trump
Also keep in mind that Biden had 5,103,821 more recorded votes than Pres. Trump in California. Subtract the difference and it brings it down to 1,956,456...and all that includes the cheating)

(Hillary won the popular by 2,868,524 - but she won California by 4,269,978 which covers the 2,868,524 and then some. If you take California’s total popular votes out of the equation for 2016 - Pres. Trump wins the popular. Take the 55 electorals out of the equation and he still wins huge.)

Registered voters versus population seems extremely high, that alone shows me fraud was involved, this shows 2/3 of the entire population is registered to vote which means that only 1/3 of the population is under 18 years old, and ALL of the rest voted NOT!!!
