anticholinergics? some liver function thing? To make liver slow down? Eeek - hope you feel better soon. I don’t really feel “sick” any more, just ultra low energy. This too shall pass.
I am a bit guilty of being overly clever; I tend to use the term anticholinergic as a drying agent and thus decongestants. It is slightly misleading but anticholinergics have been used as decongestants for over 70 years. Contac cold medicine - since forced off of the market - contained hyocyamine, atropine and scopolamine, all tiny doses of anticholinergics (scopolamine was used as a truth drug in WWII {Where Eagles Dare}.
Ipatropium, in the form of ipatropium bromide, is used to treat respiratory distress. Diphenhydramine - Benadryl - is popular as both a decongestant and a sleep aid (but not for me.) I take anticholinergics chlorphenamine (chlorpheniramine maleate) and doxylamine (sold as Unisom - a sleep aid) which work well for me.
I add fexofenadine (brand name Allegra), a 24 hour decongestant and phenylephrine HCl.
Forgive the slide but I fell into it. :^)
