sounds significant....who knows what it means and maybe that's not Pompeo at all....

Pompeo (if that is a legitimate posting from him) could be repeating the Presidential oath of office to remind everybody that Trump has sworn to defend the United States against all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC...
Could be setting the stage for actions to come.
