She getting old and had been in 16 years. If she’s a bada** the person who replaced her was picked by her, and THAT wouldn’t surprise me.
All I’m saying is that changing leaders in Germany after 16 years isn’t a “collapse” of the govt. There was no mass resignation of legislators, etc.
