That’s a very interesting notion. I went to a Masters of Percussion concert a while back, and about halfway through I realized I was receiving a massage from the music. I felt the different frequencies in different parts of my body, it was quite brilliant.
We know footballers suffer CTE or Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy from repetitive concussion of the brain recoiling after a hit.
Why would we not assume that an explosive concussion is just as real as one caused by hitting the patient in the head with a hammer? Wonder if anybody’s studied that.
Listen to your music, that's OK. But watch out for "the brown note."
