I agree with SB - never, ever be sorry for speaking about it. People have far too big of a problem keeping things like that inside for months, years, even decades, letting it rot them from the inside out. I'm still doing myself, and I'm only 35. Good and bad memories of my late Dad, good and bad with my Mom, same with sister.
If you need to see a professional, don't be embarrassed or afraid. Look at reviews and find someone that actually helps people, instead of simply pushing big pharma poison pills on people.
