Must be a local colloquialism because she looks like a pretty blonde to me. If she is not insulted by being called a Maine Coon Cat I guess it’s okay. Down here similar phrases would get you knock on your butt.

You forgot the s/ label. The Maine Coon cat is the gorgeous feline in her arms.
