Yes, just today I got that “hold on there” notification for every single comment I tried to post, no matter how benign the comment. That means that it is a blanket ban, and not the result of some key word in my comment triggered a filter.
I just got "hold on there" AGAIN for a comment no better or worse than plenty other ones I saw there. I am getting fed up with this and I think Breitbart.com will soon be deleted from my bookmarks. But today, like I posted before, there was a VERY noticeable decrease in the number of posts for stories.
