Yes. They, London and GWT/UTC, are the same at this time of year.

On March 28th, 2021, Loudon will add a/an hour
for Daylight Savings Time (DST).

London will be +1 to GWT/UTC from
Mar 28th to Oct 31 2021.

This is not confusing. lol

But I think I’m always +8 to GWT/UTC
and that is not true.
And I can never remember what
the time is in London because
we are on DST and they aren’t
and that, is also not true.
