He changed the wording on EV certification to specify that he’d only take the fraudulent submissions.

1) He’s a complete & total derp, probably homo derp level. This change was made so as to prevent any sustained MAGA challenges.

2) He facilitated the plan to get the traitors on the record without exposing himself.
