Did you get what “memo” he was talking about at the end? He said it would be released tomorrow as part of declass? I listened twice but was still confused.
That was a question I had too. He just dropped it at the end as “teaser” for tomorrow I guess. Or he believes a memo will be declassed and made public but doesn’t know any detail relating to subject matter.
