biden could possibly have himself sworn in at the strike of MN 1/20...he doesn't need to wait til daytime...although I do not know of any constitutional requirements to do it at a special time....with covid and all this "white" racism, I'm sure the rats could pull an excuse for biden to get sworn in at an unusual time...
