I”m on a local message board and yesterday was posted a message that my county public health was hosting a vaccine party for teachers, first responders, health care workers, etc. Cnip to show dates:

Message yesterday:
Sunday and Monday January 17 and 18 from 10-4 pm and also at (high school) on Monday January 18 from 12-4.

I just got a call from the Public Health Director. Due to concerns with the availability of the National Guard for controlling crowd and traffic, the Covid vaccine clinic will be moved to NEXT WEEKEND! (The 25th and 26th.)Details are still being worked out. It’s a sudden plan for thousands of people, so please forgive Public Health leadership for the change.
