Do you think POTUS might be waiting until the morning of the 20th to arrest people?
It’d make sense ... the cast of characters attending the thing in DC are all scummy DS villains. More importantly, the press will be there ... they’ll *have* to film it ... it’ll be live for the whole world to see. Even if Joe wants to keep it all virtual for the unwashed, those DS scum will all be there in DC.
That’d be some funny must see TV ... I just hope I don’t go hysterical waiting for the day to arrive :-).
At a certain point they’ve just gotta drop all the optics stuff and get shit done. I can see letting the drama play out if the delay is allowing us to more greatly address foreign bad actors in this, but other than that on the domestic front it’s time to make some derps and politiscum hate life and be damned with hurt feelings.
I just conjured up a scene in which Biden is making his acceptance speech and, as when Trump was speaking at his inauguration, the military personnel come out behind him, cuff him and drag him away.
It's a nice thought.
