Kind of seems like the two below may support each other? I've always heard a country doesn't announce it's going to develop a type of weapon or technology until after it has already done so. For example, Russia claimed it was working on technology that would essentially allow it to use ground based Directed Energy Weapons to charge satellites. Within about a week, there were video clips of something that looked suspiciouisly just like that kind of charging system.

In this case, I think the POTUS may be signalling what we have in our arsenal.

We are indeed fighting an invisible enemy.

The enemy denies that they are attacking us. They do not come in ships or planes bearing the image of their national flag.

They have spent decades buying influence by backing grass-roots politicians, academics, media and business persons and helping them achieve power.

They effectively pull the strings in much of media and of course the Beijing of the West known as Silicon Valley.

Through these traitors of increasing influence and power, they captured the voting machinery in at least 10 "Swing states" which President Trump would have easily won otherwise.

They deny all knowledge of the bioweapon attack, which they launched with impunity knowing that the United States will not respond in kind -- with nuclear or biological counterattack.

And then there is the PSYOP, which all along has multiplied the impact of the bioweapon by an order of magnitude.

THE PSYOP IS THEIR WEAK LINK RIGHT NOW.
When we defeat the PSYOP--including their efforts to BLIND US to the invisible enemy ... that will be when the tides of war actually turn.
