No. My mother read me the Riot Act many times and it has more to do with mowing the yard, taking out the trash, etc. LOL
Really though I hope this is true. It’s hard to confirm anything lately.
Then you don’t know what the real riot act is. It’s British and it is what is read to the populace before the British Army starts shooting civilians.
