Yesterday I saw a KC-135 tanker with what looked like a Hercules C-130 hooked up and in tow.. They were at a lower altitude than I would expect for refueling, due West towards CA or beyond.. I have never seen this before over my city, and at lower altitude than it should have been, IMO. ODD.
