I have done a lot of reading and browsing the internet lately. Somewhere in the last day or so I think I saw the statement

Why did our politicians run away from their jobs like scared chickens last Wednesday? What are their duties and responsibilities? They are elected to represent the citizens of The United States (even the Senators these days). Did you feel like they were representing you on Wednesday when they turned tail and fled from American citizens? Not one politician had the guts to stand up on a chair and ask to hear the grievances of these American citizens. They ran.

Suppose BLM protestors broke through barriers into the White House. Would President Trump have listened to their grievances? Or would the Secret Service have machine-gunned all of them?
