My congressman, Troy Nehls, did not run away. He stayed and helped law enforcement hold back the mob from coming through the door into the chamber.

Those who believe in the fantasy that they are at all interested in “the will of the people” clearly are not paying attention.
The only one who is, is Trump.
Not only are they cowards but, more importantly, they are NOT leaders.
We need to select different people to represent us, with very few exceptions. I, for example, have become intensely disgusted with the behavior and words of my Senator (Cornyn), my Representative (Chip Roy, a Cornyn clone) and a neighboring new Representative (Tony Gonzalez). They don’t represent me nor, if the social media is any reflection, do they represent others in this state. Well, the solution is obvious - get rid of them. They all need to be primaried (though Cornholio is safe for another 6 years, and I personally think that he’ll retire).
We can’t fix the Dems, but we can fix the Pubbies by selecting different ones...or leaving the Party altogether and having the Party implode and get blown away like so many dead leaves in November. One way or another, they do not represent us, and cannot be permitted to continue to claim that they do so.
Cowards.
They knew that certifying a fraudulent election was wrong.
They were afraid that they were going to be called to account for their improper deeds, do they ran like chickens.
Martin Luther King, Jr. stood up for his beliefs because he knew he was in the right.
Our coward politicians ran because they knew they were in the wrong.
Our opponents (RINOs/Democrats/etc.) know many on the right are soft and ready to surrender at the first whiff of powder. The contrast with the organized left wing activists could not be more stark. Look at the fainting spells on the right over a few broken windows in Congress after 4 years of bipartisan coup and 75 million voters disenfrachised in an election stolen in a brazenly bipartisan manner

Spot on, during my formal life I had an opportunities to enter that world but turn it down after a very close friend warn me about what goes on in DC.
......... I will just leave it at that. DC is a very evil place, totally remove from fly over country.

Because they are cowards.
AND because they are projecting onto Trump supporters what they themselves would do to their opponents if they were in the Trump supporter’s place.
Which gives interesting insight into what plans they have for us.
Projection is a very interesting phenomena.

Maybe they think it is their master coming to collect their debt.
