Something is very odd. When you go to Giuliani’s twitter page, the l in Giuliani is a plain straight line. When you highlight that address and drop it somewhere, the plan lower case l turns into an upper case I.
That is bizarre. They’re really messing with people.
When I followed your Twitter link to RG, I saw “Account Suspended”.
It is a capital “I”. I checked it in a couple other more obvious fonts.
