shortwave:.....I sort of knew what it was, but never had one, neither did my parents...nor anyone that I grew up with....
Had a shortwave as a Kid even a set of headphones. I would listen to Jean Shepard every night. Also would listen to BBC and Radio Moscow, Moscow mail bag show was a hoot. Leftest losers would write in. LOL
