For a 45 it wasn’t very loud, but that’s not definitive. Could be the capability of the phone speaker. There should also be a blood spatter on the wall just to her right. The other odd thing that I would have to revisit is it seemed like the pistol was pointing at the victim’s waist area, well below the neck. There’s a frame stop that shows the muzzle flash just starting. Check out the angle of the muzzle at the point and think about the fact the victim is what, about 3 feet above the floor?

So where did this get started? That it was a .45?. That is the least likely round that any LEO would be carrying (if it was a LEO). Probably a 9mm or maybe a .40. Not that it matters. If you were ten feet away with you back turned, no hearing protection and not expecting it, and I torched off either, you couldn't tell me the difference.
